Heat Transfer Foils
Heat Transfer Foils are decorative motif or decals which are pre – printed on the carrier film. This are then decorated on the subtract Through Heat Transfer Machine with heat and pressure in a single process. Heat Transfer Foils can be printed on plastics, glass, metal or lacquered material. It is used in a variety of industry like stationary, Cosmetic, Oral Care, Pharma, Consumer Electronics, Automobile, Lubricant, Paints, Houseware, Thermo-ware etc.
Hot Stamping Foils
Hot Stamping Foils are similar to Heat transfer Foils except that they are stamped to the subtract through Heat and Pressure with the help of pre-engraved metal dies Through Hot Stamping Machine. Stationary, Automobile, Number Plates, Logo insertion on subtract are usually done through Hot Stamping Process.
In mould Foils
In Mould Foils are pre printed motif on PET/ PP Film which are used as decoration at the time of injection moulding of plastic pales or Containers. It is juxtaposed to the subtract and has good visual appeal. The process involves cutting of Foils in specific sizes which are placed on racks and inserted into the mould through robots or manual process.
